Recruiter reached out to me a few days after submitting my resume and wanted me to call them at a scheduled time. On the scheduled date/time, my call went to voicemail. A few days later a follow up email was received to reschedule but they never came through. Pretty unprofessional and just down right rude to miss scheduled calls and then to not respond after reaching back out again.
