I submitted my resume and cover letter, in response to Craigslist ad. About a week later, I received an email from the COO, inviting me for an initial interview. I showed up and interviewed with him and the office manager. They asked me a lot about my customer service experience, about my web experience, and how I handled multiple projects simultaneously. I really love their business model and hoped to join the team. After 8 days, I send an email to follow up. He told me that they had just made a decision that week, and was sorry that it was not me.
