usually interview is with your hiring manager which is your team leader/supervisor together with the Engineering manager. Only team leader has technical knowledge of asking you. HR does not elaborate benefits or some staff is clueless on benefits better ask if you have friends inside comoany to have idea of generic benefits.

Interview
The process starts with a screening interview with HR by phone, followed by phone interview with hiring manager. If all goes well, you're invited in for an on-site interview, which is usually a group interview with a variety of engineers you will be working with, and a few one-on-one interviews.

Provide a specific example of a process you improved at a previous job.
One round on line interview, easy questions about basic related theory and knowledge as well as interest and future plans. It was overall a fast process and received fast offer but sadly declined.

Asks you about past experience; mostly things on your resume so you need to make sure things written are true. Some technical questions but nothing too difficult, very manageable and friendly interviewers
