I applied online. The interview process involved a telephone screen, online video interview and a final interview day in the head office in Edinburgh. The final day was tough and long. I did enjoy the "hard problem" and "depth of experience" interviews, as well as the cultural session. The interviewers were all very nice, friendly and respectful. I accepted the offer.

The interview process was as follows: 1x PhoneScreen with HR 2x Interview with (sr.) Principal Engineer 2x Interview with Engineering Manager 1x Interview with HR Director However, the entire process took over 2 months. The scheduling team didn't know what was going on. The turn around time is terrible, and there are so many rounds of interview which almost asked virtually the same questions. This totally shows how the organization is setup and works internally.
