The interview process was professional. It was a phone interview at first followed by and in person interview a week later. It was well organized and a quick process.
The phone interview was done by hiring manager and typical questions were asked. We both got to hear each other’s professionalism along with our personalities. The next step came a week later when an in person interview was scheduled. Unfortunately I had to do two in person interviews because of scheduling conflicts but it was not a waste of time as with other companies that I’ve interviewed with. The in person interviews went really well. They had challenging questions and it really helped me understand the industry and who I would be working for. They were all extremely nice and professional.
The offer came a week later and started immediately. There was no lack of communication and time wasted. Everything went smoothly from application to offer acceptance.
