Phone call from HR, then Zoom interview with property management. Talk about skills and experience that is inline with posting. Fairly easy interviewing process and depending on location the total time takes approximately a month between first interview and offer.

Interview
Application is done on comany's website. If shortlisted you get a telephone interview with HR and if successful you get a live interview with Property manager. Interview is petty straight forward.
