it was very thorough, there were 4 steps first i had a phone screening with the HR to schedule a screening with the account manager where he basically asked some questions to determine basic fit. then moved on to the cultural interview which was pleasant. Moved on to the technical interview which was very fundamental. still waiting to hear about the expectations meeting.

Everyone has been very nice and technical questions were various troubleshooting scenarios you would expect to see when studying for a CCNA. Prior to the technical interview is a 20 questions screen asking much simpler networking questions and the final interview is a bit lengthy at 2-3 hours but covers the culture of the work environment.
