My interview process was so professionally done, from first email outreach to final offer. The recruiters were phenomenal to work with, and helped ensure I was prepared every step of the way. I never felt like I was walking in blind, nor like there were any tricks or gotchas.

Question 1
After a round of one on one interviews, my final interview was a presentation with a panel. This was the only take-home exercise of the interview process, and it was clearly instructed to timebox how much investment I put in the project. It felt respectful of my time and commitments, unlike at other organizations where take-home exercises took 10-20 hours of unpaid labor.
I did a preliminary phone screen, then longer interviews with the hiring manager, a product manager, and the CEO. It was all pretty straight forward, with questions regarding my experience, capabilities, thoughts on current and potential future efforts, team building, etc.
