You fill in the registration form, after that you need to record a short video and answer to three simple questions. If they like your demo video they contact you asking more questions and sending more details about the contract services. Overall great.

Short, lasted a few minutes. Was an audio interview which wasn't what I expected but yeah that's pretty much it. I got my results the next day and failed to be hired.
