Interview
First Hr call you, she ask for salary, then she negotiate your salary. Fix telephonic interview(technical). After clear technical she ask for skype. After all thing done she offered you salary with other negotiate. On the time of joining she tells you policies like 1 or 2 year bond policy

Interview
There were 2 rounds of interview, both technical. The process was more of an interactive session which was quite good. The technical person was quite aware about the latest technologies.
