Friendly, informative on how the operation in the hangar works and described different paths to improve my experience as a mechanic. The manager told me the type of work that the maintenance mechanic performed and the path I need to take to move from one level to the next.

It was pre-recorded interview. They ask 6 question and you have 3 chances to record your video and pick the video that you most like and upload it. It was really simple and easy.

Applied Tuesday, called Wednesday by recruiter, Thursday interview with base manager. Called, asked the formal criminal background, relocation, housing keeping questions. Then asked 4 technical questions, I was able to answer 1, should've known more. I am entry level and he knew this. Offered me the job. Gave me 2 days to decide. I called back 2 hours later to accept. Going through paperwork now.
