Interview
The hiring event was taken place in a hotel in Los Angles. The SkyWest staff presented the company information at the beginning. Then, there was a 10 mins break. After, every candidate presented about why are you a great fit for SkyWest flight attendant in 60 seconds. The SkyWest team were sitting at the back. One of the female staff was disrespectful, she was playing her fingers during my presentation. That is a shame.
After the 60s speech, the candidates were asked to take 45 mins to break.
Then, a group of candidates was chosen for the next round. Many candidates were doing well during their speech but they were not chosen.
Overall, this was an average experience.

Introduce yourself in 60s about why are you a good fit for this role.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
