I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Austin, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
Process was exactly as described by previous candidates. My group was very small...I would say about 10-15 people, who were all very nice. Mingle as much as you can with the other candidates because it helps ease your nerves. It was a bit odd because we all did our speeches and the recruiters decided to go ahead and offer us all F2F interviews...even the girl who was dressed absolutely unprofessionally (odd). Interview experience was overall really great...the recruiter was really nice and gave me excellent advice on what to expect my first year. I will hear back within the two week time frame.
A passenger comes up to you after the flight and talks about how dissatisfied they are with your service even though you believed you offered great service. They are demanding a refund. What would you do?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
