The process was very smooth, started at the hotel right on time. Definitely be there about 20 minutes early, it does make a difference. The company and process was explained in detail, questions were answered as needed. We were given a short break, and informed that the next step would be a 60 second speech about why we want to be a flight attendant. The interviewers cover everything that they are looking for and what they are not. Do not talk about you day to day, family or age. Talk about how your work history or life experiences have helped you decide to become a flight attendant and what you can attribute to the company. After all candidates are done you are dismissed for however the long the interviewers need, and will come back to a list provided on the door. The people on the list are those who made it in to one on one interviews. The questions are standards, and fairly simple., and the interviewers are easy to speak with. I was at ease during the interview as a result, I had interviewed for other airlines previously, and so far this was the best (especially if you compare it to United. ... that's just a joke.) I highly suggest you apply with SkyWest, at best for the experience. Remember this is extremely competitive, only 12 out of 39 got interviewed. Keep trying, if you don't get it try not to take it to hard. Maybe have someone look over your resume and try to dress the part more, smile and be social! Small talk doesn't have to be about the airline and what you did to get to the interview, there are other things in life, mingle, at the bare minimum keep a smile and hop group to group. Try not to get caught up in the drama, if you hear people talking crap about other interviewees walk away and find another group it's not worth the drama! Most questions I've read on glassdoor so far have been accurate, try no to over stress this interview. I'm still waiting to hear if I received the job...
