Interview
Group interview....they make you tell why you want to be a Flight Attendant....don't say your name or mention nothing that doesn't transcend to being job related. They take a break....post the names who move forward to the F2F interview. If you don't make it to the F2F your done....if you do, you get an interview with a current FA and they ask several questions. You will be emailed 4-6 weeks with your status.

Question 1
If you had a demanding customer, a parent with a baby crying, or a customer who is scared of flying, in what order do you help them and what would you do.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
