Sky Senior Sales Performance Manager interview questions

Got an email from their "recruitment specialist" saying they'd like a phone interview. We agree a time. Time comes - nothing happens. 10 mins later I message asking if I've understood everything correctly and we're speaking that day. Sends a message to say he's got caught up in a spontaneous meeting he cannot get out of. Wants to reschedule for Monday. Confirmed on both sides, he tells me he's put it in his calendar to call me. Along comes Monday. Guess what never happened. I got nothing. No call, no email to apologise for wasting my time twice. Honestly that is poor. Job search is already so time consuming and people spend hours perfecting the CV that a recruiter might spend mere seconds looking at. After we are jumping through so many hoops before even landing an interview, some joker thinks it's ok to waste more of my time. Really unimpressed. Would have expected a lot more from an organisation like Sky.
