They are just a bunch of stub·born developer who thinks only they are right. They don't welcome any new approach or way of solving a problem. Just have mugged up knowledge. They way of interviewing is ridiculous and always try to impose there idea on the interviewee. They just want to listen to what they know and not at all welcoming any new idea/approach. Even their questions are not clear.
