Interview
Stage 1 was a written test where they will shortlist candidates for interview. I was invited to an interview 1 week after the written test. I was interviewed by 4 partners in the departments I expressed interest in.
The partners were super friendly, but it was definitely a difficult interview. It lasted around 45+ min. Read up on the news/law about the areas you are interested in and be prepared to talk extensively about them. They also asked several follow-up questions on my answers that were specifically designed to make me struggle or think critically.
My protip would be to cover all bases and make sure you know what you are talking about.

written interview, if you then pass then they will send you instructions via email for partner interview. behavioural question, then character questions etc about your cv then case interview. basic knowledge of the law

Interview
It’s a set of 2 interviews, first with 2 general partners that are the head of the pupilage committee.
Then an interview with some partners from your desired department.
Finally, a written test.
