Skills Development Scotland interview questions

Presentation and competency based interview. Usually covering 3-4 competencies. Interviews usually no more than one hour and can take anything up to 3 weeks to hear back. Usually 2-3 people on interview panel

There were two interviews on the same day for this. I had a Group interview in the morning, followed by an individual interview in the afternoon. Group interview with other applicants with challenge to complete (making a tower out of marshmallows and spaghetti), plus individual competency based interview.
