Skilled Nursing Pharmacy interview questions

Tell us a time you dealt with an irate customer/employee and what steps did you take to resolve/deescalate the situation

Interviewed with two people, Pharmacy Ops Manager and Pharmacy Supervisor. Both asked general questions (tell me about yourself, situational questions, difficult time with patientt/nurse/coworker etc) and pharmacy/drug questions (know basic meds for geriatrics/psych meds and potential ddi).
