I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Skechers U.S.A. (Melbourne) in Dec 2017
Interview
We were briefed about the company and its background and then asked for any questions candidates may have regarding Skechers. Then, candidates were asked to pair up and ask your partner basic questions (name, what you want to be when you grow up, etc). You then share in front of everyone the person you just met. Next, you break off into groups to examine a shoe and then sell it to the audience. It is handy to know about the materials and qualities of their shoes, but they are mostly looking for selling techniques and confidence!

Interview
group interview with around 30 to 40 people. I guess the hard part was when we were grouped with random people we just met that day and on my team, there were so many dominant individuals that when the time came up for us to do a presentation, we weren't even done planning the whole script.

Phone Interview : I got a call from Skechers, they asked me about customer service then they invited me to a group interview which was held at their office in Waterloo.
Group Interview : Was easy and very laid back. i think focused more on being a team player.
There was about 8 people and the manager told us to pair up, have a chat and then share it w/ the rest of the group. The next step was then create an advertisement for a shoe product.
1 on 1 Interview : Just a quick interview compromising of tell me about yourself and all that.
Overall, the interview process was very easy but time-consuming even tho the interviews were less than an hour. Goodluck to everyone!
