- Standard online application
- Online tests (numerical and logical)
- 15 min phone interview: motivation and competency based questions
- Assessment centre: 10 min presentation, 45 min interview (it was mainly competency based, not technical) and 40 min group exercise. Assessors were very friendly throughout the entire process.

Interview
Consisted of a 20 min interview. Basical motivation questions. The interviewer was friendly enough and tried to motivate you to perform better. However, if you want to consider yourself successful at this stage, do not tell them what they don't want to hear. For example, do not mention about a potential MBA or PhD, or any high aspirations you will probably have.
