I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sixt (Bengaluru) in Aug 2018
Interview
There were 3 rounds - 1.Data structures and algorithms which i couldn't clear round 1.😢
One Bad experience was about parking.
They don't have parking as they said by one of the person from SIXT.
Here RMZ collects 10rs /hr. One thing I wanted to ask management of SIXT
1. Do you have parking facility? If you have why we need to pay for parking?
2 If you don't have parking facility then how you maintain a company to run?
3. Why should a interviewee pay for parking! It doesn't matter how much it is .When you guys called for interview don't you have responsibility of take care of basic things?
Pity for you !!!!
Will never prefer these kind of attitude?!
If you consider my point sort it out atleast for others else don't call for interviews!

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sixt (Munich, Bavaria) in Nov 2019
Interview
1- Introduction interview
2- Coding assignment
3- Interview with the hiring manager
4- Interview with anonym manager
5- Invited to Munich
After all these steps, they say something about my career and terminated the process. The thing they said was spoken many times in the first interviews. But spending many times, going abroad and then saying an irrelevant thing. Waste of time.
