The interview process was very smooth and professional from start to finish. After applying, I was contacted by Sarah from the corporate office. She scheduled a video interview through Google Meets, where she explained the company, went over the role, and answered all of my questions. She was very professional, welcoming, and made the process feel comfortable and well-organized.
After that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview at the airport location with the General Manager, Cora. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and felt more like a real conversation than an interrogation. She asked about my previous roles, strengths and weaknesses, and how I handle customer situations. She was very thorough about expectations, responsibilities, and benefits, and even shared her own growth story within the company, which was inspiring. I brought a copy of my resume, arrived on time, and felt very welcomed. I was informed the same day that they wanted to move forward with me.
