The interview I a one step process. There’s a minimum of three members of the panel. The questions will cover areas like technical, cultural safety, responsibility and accountability. After the interview, references for the successful candidate will be contacted.

Applied for position, received invite to interview. Attended interview. The HR office is very small and outdated. The interview panel consisted of the position supervisor, an HR rep, and a community member.
