Interview
Just applied online, there was no interview. You just kinda go in and provide your documents and they set you up on a tablet with earbuds for training. Extremely easy to get in, they'll hire basically anyone.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Six Flags (Arlington, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
it was a circle interview they asked us to sell items and taught us what the six flags mantra was (friendly fast clean and safe) and what the companies core values were.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Six Flags (Bowie, MD) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview was a group one that consisted of about 12 of us in one room. We were first prompted to pick a card off of a table that had a picture that meant something to us on it and introduce ourselves to the person sitting on opposite ends of us. We were then told to tell the person sitting next to us why the card we picked was significant to us. After that, the interviewer tested us to see if we remembered the person's name and reason. Next, using a big roll of dice, the interviewer used the number on the dice to ask us questions that corresponded to numbers on a paper. She asked us both basic interview questions like "Why Six Flags" but also ones that got you thinking, like "If a customer was unsatisfied with their service, how would you handle it?" After the questions were asked, the interviewer went into another room to deliberate whether we had gotten the job. or not. After being notified, we then took a basic math test and were given a hire packet upon its completion.
