It's a one on one interview. They talk about the company, their clients and the staff. How it all works and what is expected of you as a sitter. They ask you some hypothetical babysitting questions. And they also ask questions about your babysitting style.

If a child tells you he needs to take his medicine but his parents did not mention it and you cannot get a hold of them, do you give the child the medicine?

I had a quick phone call with them and then went to the office for a more detailed interview. There was only one person interviewing me and the vibe was fairly chill.
