The interview process was pretty extensive. The first step was the initial screening which involved the timed submission of two assessments (a short video, and a sample write-up). The second step was an interview and a short introduction to the company (which I thought was pretty thoughtful), and then two short live assessments which you will need to complete during the Zoom call. It was a little nerve-wracking since it was my first time going through something like this during the recruitment process, but thankfully I passed. The last step was another interview where I as the candidate was given more time to ask questions regarding the role and the company.
