Spoke with recruiter, the following week she set me up with Sr. Product Manager for an interview. Sr. Product Manager stated the steps would be interviewing with her, technical interview, then invite to office to see if the open office environment would be ideal to work for me. Recruiter sent me an email 30 minutes after interview to set up a technical interview with Front End Developer Lead. The next week, the recruiter asked me to come to the office. Went to the Chicago office, paid for my own parking, and talked with 4 different team members. Recieved an email two days later stating that they were going to pass on me since I did not have enough experience. Every interview was extremely informal and everyone stating repeatedly that this an entry level role that did not require any experience.
