The recruiter would call and email at all hours of the night and weekend in an attempt to schedule me for interviews ASAP. After 4 interviews, I was ghosted. Not sure how this company goes from foaming at the mouth, to disrespecting people’s time. Would not recommend.

What type of organization culture are you looking for in your next role?
The process is pretty bad. Reached out by a recruitor on linkedin, and then scheduled a time to chat. The recruitor transcribed our meeting and I tell him that I prefer not to transcribe nor record the meeting. And he terminated the conversation. If you don't want to be recorded or transcribed your interview, please don't talk to them or start the conversation. It is a waste of time
The interview was good. we had a good time. it went good. the person was good. we talked and talked and talked. So i must say after all of that it went very well.
