I applied via linkedin, the founder himself reached out to me, we discussed the product, their tech stack, i wasn’t very impressed as zoom already has this feature that is their USP, They use angular in FE and mandates 5 days in office. i agreed. But then he ghosted me, no feedback, no rejection, nothing, complete silence for 15 days. I just assumed he's not interested but still it’s very unprofessional to conduct a round and keep the candidate hanging.
