I applied online. 30-Minute interview with two recruiters from the firm, asking about resume experience, things I learned during my first year in law school, and my aspirations in the legal industry.

Good talk with the HR manager and COO about my personality and past experiences. They are both very friendly and guided you through the interview very well. I had very little experience but because the permanent employee is about to give birth very soon and they don't seem to be able to find someone with similar experience with the pay provided, they still gave me a try.
