Easy, friendly, efficient. It wasn’t weeks long as other companies are. Interview processes are different for each team across the org. I went through 3-4 interviews. Two were formal and two were more casual
easy process, had to talk about MEDDICC mastery and about past successes and learnings.
I have started with the hiring manager, was team checked by a peer, than to the VP of the region and up to the CEO.

MemSQL is big on buy-in. Culture is very important, so interviews span across different functional groups to make sure that you are a fit. This means that it is more difficult than a typical sales interview, because you must actually understand where the technology fits in the market. It also makes for a better mutual fit.
