Sindeo interview questions

I applied online, took a few days for a response. Interview was setup. Went down and interviewed with a few young people. I thought the interview went well, they seemed thrilled. Received a call a few days later and told I didn't have enough inside sales experience? I've been a loan officer for 8 yrs, closed hundreds if not thousands of deals! Telemarketer on a daily basis working for brokers, banks and credit unions. I have tons of great client reviews. Did I really not have enough experience? Or was I just too old? Perhaps I should have kept my mouth shut about needing a flexible schedule due to my kids.

Applied in October 2015 and received a quick response from the recruiter to set up a time to speak to the hiring manager. I spoke to the hiring manager and he said he wanted me to come on-site to meet with him and the recruiter. I didn't hear anything for a few days so I reached out to the recruiter. I didn't hear anything back until a week later when I received a rejection letter from the hiring manager saying they are going forward with another candidate. Not sure what happened, but this was a horrible candidate experience.
