The process started with an online application, followed by an email invitation to interview. The interview was in person with a hiring manager from Nutrition and Food Services and focused on my previous hospital and food service experience, availability, and customer service skills. I was asked situational questions about teamwork, handling busy periods, and maintaining food safety and infection control. The interviewer was friendly, explained the role and schedule clearly, and gave me an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
