I applied through other source. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Simplus in Aug 2019
Interview
Long...really long. Mine was extended also by the end of the Fiscal Year (roughly the CY), but lot's of interviews. I don't know how many I technically had from their perspective, but from mine, as the candidate, it was either 6 or 7. None of them were aggressive or hostile...more of finding out who you really are as a person. Were you a good fit for the culture? One near the end was a technical interview where you had to accomplish an on-line exercise. (PostScript Note: I said in a late question that the interview was "difficult". What I mean is the process is difficult because it was long. As the candidate, of course, it's stressful but wasn't on their part, just mine because they were the company I specifically wanted to work for. )

Question 1
I don't really remember other than just that they were trying to figure out if you were a good fit for the culture. As I mentioned there was also the on-line exercise at the end too.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Simplus (Plainwell, MI) in Nov 2019
Interview
Four phone interviews with various managers followed by a knowledge test on being a Salesforce Admin. It started with a recruiter call. Then, three separate calls with managers. Then, a test on using Salesforce.

Question 1
There were more questions probing my soft skills than about my knowledge of Salesforce.
