Three step interview process. Initial in person screening, take home code challenge, follow up in person. If you pass the code challenge then you’re likely to get an offer unless something goes horribly wrong in the third interview. Third interview is a panel interview and usually a lunch.

Interview
I interviewed with Andrew B. We went over my resume and experience, asked if I ever did any functional programming in C++, my expected pay range. Overall it was just ok. I had a pretty unique situation(was living abroad and they wanted on-site so I had to move first) that's why they were not very interested I think. Interview lasted 7 minutes and was ok.
