Had a 15 min initial screening with recruiter. Went well. Mentioned that she would reach out to schedule for the next step in the interview process and never did. Would recommend improving communication with candidates for next time.
There was an HR screening followed by another interview with three people. The HR screening was just telling you about the job to see if you’d be a good fit. The second round is where you talk to the team you could potentially be working with.

Overall the process was pretty simple. Took roughly 2-3 weeks in total. This company is really big on building a positive work culture and hiring individuals who can build strong relationships and connect with both peers and clients.
