Over the phone case interviews, very friendly atmosphere and attention to personal aspects as well. Fast to reply to emails and interviews were arrange quickly. Started off applying online after which I got asked for a first case interview with a senior consultant. Once I passed this stage I had another interview the next week with a director on another case. Final interview consisted of an assesment day on site.
