Interview
2 rounds. Each interview has a case and a behavioral portion. Interviewed with 4 people in total, 1 partner, and 3 consultants. Each interview is about 45 minutes. Case is about 30 minutes and behavioral is about 15 minutes.
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
