Numerieke toets die goed te doen is, twee cases (1 market size en 1 met grafieken lezen) en tussendoor ook motivatie. Ik had zelf meer een pricing case verwacht, maar de grafieken hadden ook met pricing te maken. Voorafgaand dien je cijferlijsten en motivatie en cv op te sturen, dit laatste is ook leidend in het gesprek. Geinteresseerde ondervragers en prettig gesprek, echter weinig concrete feedback achteraf. Er was destijds nog geen vast HR persoon, wellicht had het hier mee te maken. Wel een duidelijke reden voor afwijzing, maar weinig concrete verbeterpunten. Dit kan natuurlijk ook aan mijn persoonlijke ervaring liggen.

Dont 1 test Excel, et autres entretiens contenant un fit (personnalite, marcours et motivation) et un cas de 30 minutes sur une des problématiques que pourrait rencontrer un consultant

Quel est le chiffre d'affaires d'un restaurant McDonalds en France
Structured and standard. Behavioral fit and case interview. First round with manager and final round with director and several partners. The overall process took around 2 months. One of the case interview is more creative and need the interviewee to drive the conversation. Others are relatively standard and conversational.

Nice interviewers and an overall smooth interview process; 30 minutes of behavioral and 30 minutes of a case study. I didn't make it past the first two rounds but they gave me a profitability case for the first one and a drug pricing case for the second
