Phone then in person process. Resume interview then in person second interview. Inview process is very laid back and easy to do . Fairly easy and simple but not too easy warm friendly process.

Previous experience. Telling about a time the customer did some thing.
Be ready to tell about yourself and an experience where you had to lead or collaborate with a group. They will call back quickly if they feel you are a good fit.
