Initial phone screen with a friendly HR recruiter. Went over education, work history, and some simple behavioural questions.
Next I was contacted to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site was with two interviewers (one tech team lead one manager). After the technical part, the tech team lead leaves the room, and a behaviour interview (expect to be able to explain projects/experiences on resume) with the manager follows.
A week after that I was contacted with an interview with the CEO. The CEO has a clear idea about the company direction. Showed an emphasis on teamwork and company culture.
Overall a smooth process, the employees there were very friendly and welcoming. HR recruiter does a good job updating on the status and is quite flexible with regard to scheduling.
