first round was three separate 30-min Zooms. one was all behavioral/get to know you, one was a mix of behaviors and technicals, and the last was a casing exercise. fairly smooth interview process and people were friendly.

Question 1
What are some questions you would ask the CEO of a company you're deciding to invest in
I interviewed at Silversmith Capital Partners (Boston, MA)
Interview
In person and zoom interviews. Everyone was nice and the interviews felt pretty standard. Case questions as well. Really liked their offices. Had about 4 rounds all with different members of different teams
It was a hirevue video interview for the first round with basic questions like why silversmith and what makes you a good fit for the role. Most challenging question for me was a recent acquisition I found interesting because I knew details but not any stats or metrics or how the new company would look like
