I applied online. I interviewed at SilverTech (Manchester, NH)
Interview
Felt like I was "being sold" and almost pressured to join the team. Came across as very arrogant and a bit short-sighted. They talked a lot about themselves, rather than about the clients, or delivery goals.
There was obvious ego in the room-something you typically have at agencies, just not usually ones this small.
One guy didn't say anything g the entire time, he just sipped a dunkins ice coffee and sat there.
A tour of the office showed off nice office rumpus areas, but nobody was using them.it was also quiet for an agency. No music, or chatter.

Question 1
It was a while ago. I remember it wasn't a typical interview. It was a few "meet this person" and "now meet that person" typical "fit" stuff. One thing that stands out was "would you have a problem with getting into a CMS and making edits, and doing QA, and..." The list seemed to go on and on. I thought to myself "how many people work here, why am I doing tech support and QA?? Then find out it's 20 (80 now)
