after applying on line they send you a link to answer questions to an automatic processes. yes u are talking to a machine. and being recorded. I decided not to move ahead. Had I spoke to a person first, I would not mind being recorded. the job does require phone work. but they send the link and don't invest in talking to you at all. so so so rude. no thanks.
