Siloam Hospitals interview questions

The interview process consisted of an online psychological test followed by an interview with the Human Capital team. The interviewer asked questions about my background, motivation for applying, strengths and weaknesses, patient safety, teamwork, and how I would handle clinical situations as a nurse. The atmosphere was professional and comfortable.
