Before the interview you have to fill out this background test on a whole website that you would never need to use again. The website was faulty and didn't work great. Once you get through this hurdle you then have to go through two rounds of interviews. I arrived early each time, while the interviewer was late at least 20 minutes to 35 minutes. The interviewers seems completely unorganized and asked the same questions. "This is not your typical 9-5" meaning you will have to work random hours during the week.

1st. Phone interview very informative and relaxed. Received information on title position as well as scheduler position. Also received company history and information on company culture and ways to succeed. Very good initial interview.
