Contacted by a recruiter. Then I got a phone interview by the recruiter. After 2 days I got a phone interview by the hiring Manager. 10 days later I got a on site interview in San JOse. The onsite interview was a mix of presentation and face to face interviews with the team members. Including interview during the lunch time. I also used whit me board to explain some equations and physical principles of MEMS phenomena.
