Sikorsky Aerospace Maintenance interview questions

Straightforward STAR based approach with behavioral questions. Then team video call with leads to determine fit with team members. Was an average experience that really didn’t make me overthink about the questions.

It was interactive. In person and they asked questions about more personality than skill based. The entire process took 2 months. The start date was the 2nd week in June and lasted until Labor Day weekend. Luckily I could work from college while doing it in September.
